At Westside School in West Seattle, transforming an existing church into a K-8 school. Picture is taken on top of new classrooms inserted into 45’ tall nave, leaving a 35’ tall auditorium. In return for taking on this challenge, the school gets a soaring gathering space that will inspire students for years to come (instead of the dreaded “multi-purpose room” common in new construction.)
